We use your information strictly to deliver requested Due Diligence & Walk-and-Talk Scope Reports, coordinate project management oversight, dispatch curated Central Indiana deal memos, and process service retainers via Stripe. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal contact information or deal criteria to third-party marketing lists.

All Due Diligence Scope Packages are governed by our standard First Right of Refusal (ROFR) agreement for turnkey project management upon asset acquisition.
