Investors Compound provides institutional-grade evaluation, analysis, and custom creative exit solutions/offers for real estate, notes, and complex digital portfolios. Any offer we extend is subject to formal underwriting and execution of definitive purchase agreements.

2. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number on our website and opting in, you explicitly agree to receive automated marketing, informational, and operational text messages (including SMS and MMS) from Investors Compound at the phone number provided. This includes preliminary offer updates, asset profile requests, and consultation reminders.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your asset submission status and active negotiations.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
